Founded in May 1998 by Troy E. Burrell, Jr., P.E., Burrell Engineering, Inc. (BEI) has been delivering high-quality land development engineering services for over two decades.

With Mr. Burrell’s extensive experience as a registered engineer in Florida since 1985, our team is dedicated to providing cost-effective and reliable engineering solutions.

Ken began work at BEI in 2005 as a designer. In 2013, he returned to the University of Florida to complete his Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering while maintaining his employment with BEI. After graduating in 2015, he worked as a Project Engineer for BEI and received his Professional Engineering license in December 2019. In 2020, Ken became a principal in the company where he has been steadily taking on the majority of the engineering
design as Troy’s responsibilities shift toward administration. Ken is approaching 20 years at BEI and has been the engineer of record on projects from small commercial site plans to large residential subdivisions.

We pride ourselves on a hands-on approach, with design supervision and client contact directly managed by our president, ensuring every project receives the utmost care and attention.
